tekProbe
The tekProbes are a unique family of averaging Pitot flow elements with optional multivariable, all digital sensing capability for very dirty or clean liquids, gases, saturated or superheated steam for pipe sizes or air ducts with limited straight runs in sizes 50 – 3000mm (2” – 120”)
Unlike impact/suction averaging Pitots, tekProbes uniquely measure the differential pressure (dp) between impact pressure and a true static pressure. This provides significant improvement in signal ; noise ratio and faster response time to flow fluctuations.
Multivariable tekProbes are the world’s first all-digital mass flow averaging Pitots, with integral temperature, dp and true static pressure sensing.
tekFab
tekFab DP Cells embody advanced nanotechnology to bring a new dimension in high accuracy, low rangeability and long term stability. They are the ideal complement to tekProbe averaging Pitot flow sensors.
tekFab multivariable DP02 accomplishes unique all-digital dp sensing using a pair of nanotechnology crystal silicon resonators, vibrating at their natural frequency. DP applied across the independently sealed resonators provides the differential frequency signal. The DP02 digitally computes mass flow of gases and steam from tekProbe sensed temperature, dp and true static pressure.
tekFab DP04 is a low cost, nanotechnology capacitive DP Cell. It embodies variable capacitive reactance sensors protected in high pressure chambers containing Czochraiski nano-molecular crystalline silicon, providing unparalleled long term stability, high accuracy and long term stability.
tekMag
tekMag technology offers the most exciting range of magnetic flow sensors from one company. With a large magnetizing current, higher exciter frequency, coupled with low power consumption, tekMags have the highest signal : noise ratio.
The tekMag series includes general purpose sensors from 10 – 2000mm (1/2” – 80”) diameters, sanitary sensors meeting USA 3A and European EHEDG standards, metal and plastic wafer styles, battery/solar powered sensors suitable for up to 600mm diameter and low flow linerless sensors, with flow rates from 0.1 lph (0.025 gpm). A low cost insertion magnetic flow sensor, suitable for pipe sizes 50 – 2000 mm (2” – 80”) rounds off this exciting program.
tekCor
The tekCor series is the most exciting multivariable Coriolis flow sensor series in terms of price and performance. tekCor mass flow accuracy is ±0.15% of reading over a wide of range of flow rates in pipe sizes 5 – 250mm (0.2” – 10”). With a tekCor natural frequency far above operational plant and pipe frequencies, which are typically 5 – 150 Hz, tekCor has virtual immunity to such industrial plant frequencies. Furthermore, tekCor embodies twin sensing and drive tubes, where their natural frequencies are extremely accurately matched. External plant and pipe frequencies therefore have the same cancellation effect on each of the twin tubes.
The multivariable tekCor provides high resolution totalisation and rate outputs, with
MODBUS and HART communication for liquid mass flow, volumetric flow, density, temperature and % concentration of 2-component solutions.
tekVorx
The tekVorx is a range of vortex shedding flow sensors for high temperatures and pressures of liquids gases, superheated and saturated steam. In-line and wafer style tekVorx sensors are suitable for pipe diameters 15 – 300mm (3/4”” – 12”). The insertion tekVorx is suitable for 100 – 2000mm (4” – 80”) diameter and may be installed under pressure. Mass flow is accomplished by use of integral multivariable temperature and pressure sensors
tekMass
The patented tekMass series of multivariable thermal mass flow sensors provides the largest ranges for gas flow measurement available. The in-line tekMass covers pipe diameters 10 – 300mm (1/2” – 12”), while a low cost insertion tekMass is suitable for under-pressure installation in pipe or duct sizes to 2000mm (80”).
Pressures to 10 bar g (145 psig) and temperatures to 510º C (950º F) are available, with special pressures to 200 bar g (2900 psig).
Display of totals, rate of flow and outputs, with MODBUS/HART communication is available for gas mass flow, corrected volume flow and temperature.
tekPD-O
The tekPD-O comprehensive family of positive displacement flow sensors for high accuracy, low and high viscosity oil or fuel flow metering, suitable for pipe sizes 6 – 200mm (1/4″ – 8″).
The internationally traceable accuracy is ± 0.2% of reading over a 5 : 1 range and ± 0.5% of reading over a 10 : 1 range, with viscosities up to 2000 mPa.s (centiPoise). Flow rates cover 0.03 – 340 m3/h (0.13 – 1500 gpm), with temperatures to 200°C (392°F) and pressures to 63 bar g (913 psig).
tekVar
The tekVar series is a comprehensive family of variable area flow rate indicators, covering a range for liquids from 20 mille liters/minute, or gases from 0.3 normal liters/minute. They are available in tough borosilicate glass, with optional metal outer protection, or low cost, break resistant plastics. Maximum size is 150mm (6’”)
tekVar sensors also include a wide range of tapered metal flow tubes for high pressures and temperatures. They are available with large, clear analog and digital displays over a 10 : 1 range, with a corresponding 4 – 20 mA output and choice of 24 Vdc or battery power supply.
tekRotor
The tekRotorTR Series is part of Tekflo’s family of flow Sensors, each Model turbine flow sensor adopt new sensor technology with lower pressure loss, better flow turn down ratio, anti-corrosion construction and highly durable.
It also provide high performance measurements against anti-seismic and volatile pulsating flow conditions.
tekSon
The tekSon flow sensors embody two piezo-ceramic crystal units, which act alternately as transmitting and receiving ultrasonic pulse generators.
The piezo-ceramic generators are placed diagonally across an existing pipeline, or side by side, to generate pulses diagonally or in V formation respectively.
